The Galaxy S6 Active is getting closer to its official release. A device currently titled as “SM-G890A” has been spotted on Bluetooth.org.
What we know about the Galaxy S6 Active currently is that it will be a water resistant and dust resistant version of its namesake (Galaxy S6) just like the other Active branded Galaxy phones have been.
What we will be looking at is a 5.1 inch display featuring a Super AMOLED+ QHD panel. We have 3 GB of RAM along with a Exynos 7420 SoC all paried with 32 GB of storage.
The only difference from the S6 we anticipate is a larger 3500mAh battery. It is also unlikely that the Galaxy S6 Active will sport the same glass build of the S6 as that would compromise the durability of the device.
As per usual, it is also expected that AT&T will be the first to carry the S6 Active.
